In order to know what our customers are thinking, we mail a short customer survey shortly after we return a vehicle to its owner. All replies are reviewed by the company's owner and manager, and any responses that we receive below "good" is checked out by reviewing the work done and contacting the customer to find out what was wrong.
It is second nature to our employees to treat each customer's vehicle as if it were our own, and that is evident by the fact that so many of our customers approve of the work that we do. This level of care is why at Downtown Garage and Auto Body, Quality Will Prevail!
